Every truth passes through three stages before
it is recognized. In the first it is ridiculed,
in the second it is opposed, in the third it
is regarded as self evident.
Sometimes we must get hurt in order to grow,
we must fail in order to know,
Sometimes our vision clears only after our
eyes are washed away with tears.
In every crisis there is a message.
Crises are nature''s way of forcing change--
breaking down old structures,
shaking loose negative habits
so that something new and better
can take their place.
When guilt rears its ugly head confront it,
discuss it and let it go. The past is over.
It is time to ask what can we do right,
not what did we do wrong.
Forgive yourself and move on.
