A friendship can weather most things and
thrive in thin soil but it needs a little
mulch of letters and phone calls and small
silly presents every so often just to save it
from drying out completely
The glory of friendship is not the outstretched hand,
nor the kindly smile nor the joy of companionship;
it is the spiritual inspiration that comes to one when
he discovers that someone else believes in him and is
willing to trust him
Friendship is not about finding similarities, it is about respecting differences. You are not my friend coz you are like me, but because i accept you and respect you the way you are.
