The way I see it is you have two choices in life; you can be grateful for everything life has given you or you can be resentful for everything life has done to you. Your degree of happiness is directly proportional to the conviction of your choice
Gratitude is an essential component of a life that''s filled with joy
and meaning and richness. Whenever, wherever you choose gratitude, it
always makes life better.
When guilt rears its ugly head confront it,
discuss it and let it go. The past is over.
It is time to ask what can we do right,
not what did we do wrong.
Forgive yourself and move on.
