Every truth passes through three stages before
it is recognized. In the first it is ridiculed,
in the second it is opposed, in the third it
is regarded as self evident.
If you realized how powerful your thoughts are, you would never think a negative thought. Learn to get in touch with the silence within yourself and know that everything in life has a purpose.
When guilt rears its ugly head confront it,
discuss it and let it go. The past is over.
It is time to ask what can we do right,
not what did we do wrong.
Forgive yourself and move on.
