The rising sun
age old
yet new and inspiring
lighting up the world
with its soft pink rays;
just watching the familiar hues
dance on the still water
I return to emotions
that never truly left.
Just as the sun sets
it rises again
wide arms embracing a new day.
I woke up today smiling as I recall our friendship because I know that years from now, I will still be waking up smiling for the same reason every morning.
I have a pair of eyes but can"t C U everyday....
Have a pair of ears, but can"t hear ur voice everyday....
But I do have a heart... that cares for you everyday.
